Welcome to my Page.

I’ve always loved food from an early age. Baking with family, to big gatherings at the weekends. It was something I really enjoyed.

My career started in a small cafe/wine bar and then to kitchens of multi rosette hotels and Michelin star restaurants, that’s where my passion for fine dining developed.

I’ve been a chef for nearly 20 years and food definitely plays a big part in my life. It’s an industry where learning never stops and I love that.
