Rock ‘n’ Dough Bakehouse, Narberth

If you do visit the beautiful town of Narberth, Rock n Dough is a must visit. They have incredible pastries and breads available it’s so hard to choose. They are only open Wednesday to Saturdays and I recommend you get there early because they sell out quick, and you can see why. I choose an Almond Croissant, Lemon Meringue tart and a Maple Pecan Danish. All incredible and delicious. The skill on display here is phenomenal and you have to go there.

Bridge street, Haverfordwest.

This is one of the places I love to go to when I’m in town. It’s a fantastic coffee space. Very chilled out, great coffee and amazing staff. They also provide other great services, easy and accessible mental health support for people in the community, counselling sessions and group activities. Go check it out!
